Primary Responsibilities

Analyze and document business requirements for real estate technology projects

Bridge communication between business stakeholders and IT teams

Design and develop IT solutions specific to real estate operations

Create comprehensive business process maps

Support system implementation and integration

Conduct requirement gathering and validation

Provide technical documentation and support

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Proven experience in real estate technology solutions

Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies

Strong communication and presentation skills

Understanding of Dubai/UAE real estate market dynamics
