Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional IT solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends and improve business processes.

Provide guidance during system implementation and user acceptance testing.

Ensure alignment of IT projects with business objectives in the real estate sector.

Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and IT departments.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in the real estate industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in documentation tools and IT systems relevant to real estate.
