About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT infrastructure management and system administration within the UAE business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across the organization

Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures

Monitor system performance and maintain IT documentation

Configure and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls

Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry best practices

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

4-6 years of hands-on IT administration experience specifically in the UAE

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network infrastructure

Experience with cybersecurity tools and best practices

Proficiency in IT service management and troubleshooting

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Valid UAE driving license preferred
