Core Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will prepare and process client invoices based on contractual agreements with precision. Your expertise will ensure accurate billing cycles while maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Technical Operations:

You will utilize Peachtree accounting software to generate invoices and upload them to designated cloud platforms. Your advanced Excel skills will be essential for creating complex billing templates and maintaining detailed transaction records.

Candidate Profile:

We require professionals with 3+ years of dedicated invoicing experience. Your background must demonstrate proficiency in contractual billing terms, data entry accuracy, and accounting software operations.
