Job Overview: Promo Cell is actively seeking an experienced Investment Support Specialist to join our dynamic team based in Sharjah, UAE. Core Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for issuing and managing purchase orders (POs), validating invoices, and reviewing proof of execution (POE) documents. You will also collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate and timely release of vendor payments, maintaining strong coordination with suppliers and investment partners.

Financial Coordination: This position requires active involvement in budget preparation, fund allocation, and financial tracking. The Investment Support Specialist will work closely with internal departments to monitor the financial flow of investment projects, ensuring transparency and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Vendor Management: You will handle communication with vendors and suppliers, addressing queries, following up on pending matters, and ensuring that all investment-related transactions are properly supported with documentation. Maintaining professional relationships with partners while ensuring accountability and accuracy will be critical to your success.

Documentation and Reporting: You will maintain comprehensive records of all investment-related financial activities, ensuring that all reports, invoices, and supporting files are organized and audit-ready. Attention to detail and a systematic approach to managing records will help ensure smooth financial audits and reviews.

Analytical and Operational Support: The role requires analytical thinking and the ability to support management in preparing financial reports, projections, and variance analysis.
