About the Role:

Azizi Developments is expanding, and we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Investment & Land Opportunity Manager to join our Finance & Investment team. This is a key role for a professional with expertise in real estate investment, land acquisition, and market analysis. Key Responsibilities:

As the Investment & Land Opportunity Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing land and investment opportunities to support the company’s growth objectives. Your primary duties will include conducting market research, analyzing financial data, and preparing investment proposals. You will negotiate land acquisition deals, collaborate with legal and financial teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in real estate investment, land acquisition, or financial analysis is required. Strong knowledge of real estate markets, financial modeling, and investment strategies is essential. Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) will be an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. You should have excellent negotiation and communication abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders.
