RSR Middle East is seeking talented and motivated Investment Analysts to join our dynamic team in Downtown Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for driven professionals looking to excel in the investment management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities

Prepare detailed investment research reports and presentations

Perform financial modeling and valuation of potential investment targets

Assist in the development of investment strategies and recommendations

Monitor and analyze market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments

Support the investment team in deal sourcing and screening

Collaborate with senior management on investment decision-making processes

Maintain and update financial models and investment databases

Assist in portfolio management and performance tracking

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field from a recognized international institution

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in investment management companies

Strong preference for candidates with:

Private equity experience

Big 4 consulting or accounting background

Advanced financial analysis skills

Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Strong attention to detail

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Technical Skills:

Advanced Excel and financial modeling

Financial analysis tools

Bloomberg Terminal or similar financial platforms

PowerPoint and presentation software

Data analysis and visualization

Understanding of financial markets and investment strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Finance or related field

Professional certifications (CFA, ACCA, etc.)

Experience in Middle Eastern markets

Multilingual capabilities
