Global Coordination Support – In this role, you will assist the international sales team by coordinating daily communication, managing inquiries from global clients, and ensuring that all required information is shared promptly to support smooth sales operations across various regions.

Client Interaction Excellence – You will be responsible for handling incoming international leads, answering questions about properties, services, and procedures, and providing accurate guidance that helps clients make well-informed decisions while maintaining PSI's professional standards.

Sales Documentation Handling – You will prepare, update, and organize sales reports, client files, agreements, and essential documents, ensuring that the international sales team always has access to clean, complete, and error-free records that support effective decision-making.

Market and Data Assistance – This includes tracking market trends, gathering international client feedback, assisting with comparative research, and providing structured insights that support sales strategy and enhance customer targeting efforts.

Operational Processing Support – You will support back-office operations by coordinating follow-ups, managing CRM entries, and ensuring that every lead and client interaction is accurately recorded and systematically updated for seamless workflow.

Interdepartmental Collaboration – You will work closely with the marketing team, property consultants, sales managers, and customer care units to ensure that international client needs are met with efficiency and excellent service, strengthening PSI’s global presence.
