ITALCONSULT SpA is an Italian engineering company founded in Rome in 1957 by the largest industrial groups of the time, to demonstrate throughout the world the Italian “ know-how ” and ability to carry out engineering activities.

For an important highway project in Algeria, we are looking for:

International Quality Expert

The resource will be included in the international team of experts of the Works Management, dealing with the aspects and problems inherent to the quality of the Order. In particular, the resource will have to:

• Ensure that quality procedures and contract standards are correctly implemented by both the Company and the Construction Management.

• Ensure the correct management and updating of the document system, as well as the correct distribution and circulation of documents.

• Manage the archive of reservations and non-conformities of the construction site, in parallel with the technical office of the company, with regards to the quality system and procedures.

• Update systems and procedures to comply with international regulations.

• Draw up daily and monthly reports, participate in meetings with the Client and the Company, coordinate with the team of International Experts coordinated by the Head of Mission.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Geology.

• At least 10 years of proven experience as a Quality Expert in Construction Management on large road infrastructure construction sites.

• Consolidated knowledge of ISO 45001 (9001 and 14001) and OHSAS 18001 standards.

• Knowledge of the French language.
