Global Client Engagement – In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, offering high-level support, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a professional and seamless experience throughout their interaction with PSI’s real estate portfolio.

Relationship Development – You will build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients from diverse markets by understanding their preferences, offering tailored property recommendations, and providing consistent follow-ups that strengthen trust and satisfaction.

Cross-Cultural Communication – You will manage communication with clients across different time zones and cultural backgrounds, delivering clear, respectful, and well-structured information that enhances engagement and supports successful transactions.

Service Delivery Coordination – You will collaborate closely with sales consultants, marketing teams, and operational departments to ensure that all client needs are addressed efficiently, and that service standards remain aligned with PSI’s global reputation.

Client Portfolio Management – You will handle client documentation, maintain accurate CRM records, track communication history, and prepare structured client reports that support executives in making informed decisions about international markets.

Issue Resolution and Support – You will proactively identify client concerns, provide timely solutions, and ensure that each client receives a smooth and stress-free experience while exploring PSI’s property offerings and investment opportunities.
