Position Overview

Amina Hospital is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Consultant to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while maintaining the highest standards of medical practice.

Essential Requirements

Valid MOH (Ministry of Health) UAE License for Internal Medicine

Must be licensed or eligible for licensing as a Consultant in UAE

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

Provide comprehensive internal medicine consultation and treatment

Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions

Perform medical procedures within the scope of internal medicine

Manage complex medical cases and provide expert opinion

Participate in on-call duties as scheduled

Patient Care

Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments

Develop and implement treatment plans

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed

Maintain detailed medical records

Communicate effectively with patients and families

Professional Collaboration

Work closely with other medical specialists

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings

Provide consultation to other departments

Coordinate patient care with nursing and support staff

Quality and Development

Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Contribute to medical education and training programs

Stay updated with latest medical developments

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Medical Degree from a recognized institution

Specialization/Board Certification in Internal Medicine

Valid MOH License for Internal Medicine practice in UAE

Significant experience as an Internal Medicine Consultant

Strong clinical background in managing complex medical cases
