We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of our organization's risk management, control, and governance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits across various departments
• Develop and implement internal audit procedures and methodologies
• Identify and assess areas of risk within the organization
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to management
• Follow up on audit findings to ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Assist in the development of the annual audit plan
• Collaborate with external auditors when necessary
• Stay informed about industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices
• Participate in special projects and investigations as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or CISA preferred
• 3+ years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong understanding of risk assessment and internal control principles
• Proficiency in auditing software and data analysis tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
