Blake Anderson is currently seeking a highly talented and creative Mid-Senior Interior Designer for a prestigious International Architectural Practice in the UAE. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong background in high-end residential, branded residential, workplace, museums, and hospitality projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative and aesthetically impressive designs, contributing to a variety of projects within these sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

Work on the design development phase of various high-end projects, including residential, branded residential, workplace, museums, and hospitality.

Collaborate closely with the architectural team to ensure that the interior design aligns with the overall project vision and architectural intent.

Creative Leadership:

Bring exceptional creativity to each project, ensuring that all designs are both innovative and practical.

Lead or contribute significantly to the creative process, from concept development through to the final design.

Client Interaction:

Engage with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements, and translate these into compelling design solutions.

Present design ideas and concepts to clients, ensuring alignment with their expectations and project goals.

Project Management:

Manage and coordinate design projects from inception to completion, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.

Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Portfolio Development:

Maintain and develop a strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential, branded residential, workplace, museum, and hospitality projects.

Continuously update and refine the portfolio to reflect the latest design trends and personal growth as a designer.

Requirements:

Education:

Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputable university.

Experience:

At least 4 years of experience in interior design, with a significant portion of this experience in Dubai.

Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in high-end residential, branded residential, workplace, museums, and hospitality projects.

Skills:

Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for detail and innovative design.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and team members.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
