Luxury is in the details. The way light falls across a marble countertop. The weight of a bespoke door handle. The precise alignment of a custom joinery panel that no one notices, but everyone feels. SSA Ltd, a British construction recruitment firm operating in Dubai, is looking for an Interior Designer with a portfolio of luxury villa projects and experience working in Europe. This is a role for a designer who understands that high-end residential work is not about decorating spaces. It is about crafting environments that feel effortless, timeless, and deeply personal to the people who live in them.

This is a role for someone with a strong portfolio of luxury villa projects and previous experience in Europe. You will develop interior design concepts for high-end residential villas, taking projects from initial concept through detailed design and construction documentation. You will prepare mood boards, material palettes, space plans, and design presentations that communicate a clear creative vision. You will develop interior architectural elements including ceilings, wall treatments, flooring, doors, and bespoke joinery. You will select and specify finishes, materials, lighting, furniture, and FF&E. You will also coordinate with contractors, suppliers, joinery companies, and consultants to ensure design quality and proper execution, and conduct site visits to resolve design and technical issues during construction .

The ideal candidate has a degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative interior design ability within luxury residential projects. You have experience working in Europe, which gives you a broader perspective on design standards and client expectations. A clean driving licence is mandatory. You are proficient in AutoCAD and other design software, with strong technical drawing and documentation skills. You have a strong understanding of materials, finishes, construction methods, and interior detailing, particularly joinery, cabinetry, and bespoke elements. You are detail-oriented, organised, and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The salary is up to AED 25,000 per month, depending on experience and portfolio.
