Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can independently manage interior design projects for both residential and commercial spaces. This is a full-cycle role where the successful candidate will be responsible for everything from conceptual design to final execution. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership role, has an eye for aesthetics, and understands the importance of balancing creativity with practical implementation.

Responsibilities: As an Interior Designer, you will lead multiple projects from concept development to completion, ensuring each phase aligns with client expectations. You will be required to conduct client meetings, prepare design concepts, oversee technical documentation, and ensure projects adhere to quality, time, and budgetary requirements. A critical part of this role is author supervision, meaning you will be responsible for ensuring that every design element is executed exactly as intended during implementation.

Client Engagement: A core aspect of this role involves regular interaction with clients. You will communicate directly to understand their lifestyle needs, aesthetic preferences, and functional requirements. By presenting creative proposals and design boards, you will provide clients with a clear vision of the final outcome while addressing their feedback. Maintaining transparent communication and building strong relationships will be essential to ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Team Coordination: The role requires you to manage a remote design team based in Ukraine, as well as coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers. You will act as the central point of contact, providing direction and feedback, reviewing design work, and ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule. Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary to foster collaboration across a distributed team environment.

Procurement & Site Supervision: Beyond design, you will oversee the procurement and purchasing process for furniture, fixtures, lighting, and materials. This includes vendor negotiations, budget control, and ensuring timely deliveries. Regular site visits will be necessary to supervise construction, monitor quality, and verify that every element is implemented according to the design specifications.

Project Management: You will be responsible for planning and managing project timelines, budgets, and documentation. This requires a strong organizational mindset and the ability to multitask effectively across several projects. Ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and contractual agreements will be part of your day-to-day work. Your ability to solve problems quickly and adapt to changes will determine the success of your projects.
