Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer specializing in residential projects to join our dynamic design team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for residential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive interior design concepts for residential projects

Create detailed design drawings, 3D renderings, and presentation materials

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure design vision and execution

Select and specify furniture, finishes, color schemes, and decorative elements

Manage project timelines and budgets effectively

Conduct site visits and measurements

Prepare and present design proposals to clients

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential interior design

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite)

Strong portfolio showcasing residential design projects

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Understanding of Dubai's design aesthetics and local market trends
