Role Overview:

RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking a skilled Interior Design Manager to oversee the design and execution of residential high-rise apartment projects from concept to completion. This role involves managing design projects, selecting materials, and coordinating with external design agencies to ensure alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Manage the design process for residential high-rise apartment projects from initial concept through to final completion.

Project Requirements: Define project requirements, schedule, and translate these needs into detailed plans and designs.

Material Selection: Research and decide on materials and products, ensuring they meet project specifications and design standards.

Agency Management: Find, pre-qualify, and manage external design agencies, ensuring their work adheres to company design parameters.

Design Boards: Produce sample and mood boards to visualize and communicate design concepts.

Requirements:

Age: 38 years old and below.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in interior design and rendering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on residential apartment design and finalization.

Expertise: Proven experience in decorating interior spaces, including consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions.

Project Experience: Must have individually managed the design of residential high-rise projects.

Skills: Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other relevant programs.

Availability: Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
