Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales for interior design and fitout projects. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets in the competitive Dubai market.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years' proven sales experience specifically in interior design, construction, or fitout services within the UAE market. A strong network of contacts and thorough understanding of Dubai's interior design landscape are essential for this position.

Required Skills:

This role demands exceptional communication and presentation abilities, coupled with strong commercial acumen. The ability to understand client requirements and translate them into viable design solutions while maintaining profitability is crucial for success in this position.

Technical Knowledge:

Candidates must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of interior design materials, fitout processes, and current market trends. Familiarity with AutoCAD or other design software for basic project visualization will be considered an advantage.
