Position :Integration Manager

Experience Required: 3 - 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain application architecture strategies and roadmaps.

Ensure that architectural solutions meet technical and business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.

Integration Management:

Design, implement, and manage integration solutions to connect disparate systems and applications.

Oversee the integration architecture, including data flows, interfaces, and APIs.

Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of integration solutions.

Project Management:

Lead projects related to application development and integration from inception to completion.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor a team of application architects and integration specialists.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

Technical Expertise:

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve application and integration processes.

Ensure compliance with best practices and standards in application development and integration.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and oversee quality assurance processes for application development and integration.

Ensure that solutions are thoroughly tested and meet organizational standards.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of application architectures and integration solutions.

Prepare and present reports on project status, application performance, and integration effectiveness to senior management.
