Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Manager to oversee all insurance-related operations and relationships for FMC Network UAE, part of the Fathima Healthcare Group (FHG International).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with insurance companies and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)
• Negotiate and optimize insurance contracts and agreements
• Oversee the claims management process and resolve complex insurance issues
• Monitor and analyze insurance revenue cycles and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
• Lead and develop the insurance department team
• Implement strategies to maximize insurance revenue and minimize claim rejections
• Conduct regular audits of insurance processes and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare insurance management in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE health insurance systems and regulations
• Proven track record in managing insurance revenues and optimizing processes
• Experience with medical coding and billing practices
• Proficiency in insurance claims management software

Key Skills and Competencies

• Expert knowledge of UAE insurance companies and their policies
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills preferred
