Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting sales activities over the phone, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Required Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales or related sales roles

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Experience in phone-based sales environments

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential and existing customers to promote products and services

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations over the phone

Close sales deals and maintain positive customer relationships

Generate and qualify new sales leads

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently

Maintain detailed records of all sales calls, activities, and outcomes

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities

Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally

Contribute to the development of sales strategies and techniques

Provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline status

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Strong phone presence and presentation abilities

Proven ability to learn and explain products/services effectively

Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
