About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will excel in telephone sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers

Effectively communicate product and service information

Generate and qualify sales leads

Close sales deals through telephone interactions

Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Maintain detailed records of sales calls and interactions

Provide exceptional customer support

Gather and analyze customer insights

Develop and nurture customer relationships

Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales

Proven track record of meeting sales quotas

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to learn and articulate product details
