Duties & Responsibilities:

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Specialist with expertise in microservices to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and experience in managing and troubleshooting large-scale deployment environments, particularly in the fintech or banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and maintenance for Integration Platform Operations and Enterprise Service Bus Platform Operations.

Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Perform performance tuning and optimization of infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and support REST APIs and microservices.

Support and manage the Red Hat OpenShift container platform and Docker containers. Experience with Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS is a plus.

Administer, support, and diagnose issues in Linux environments. Linux certification is advantageous.

Implement and manage monitoring solutions such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana), Splunk, or similar tools.

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of services.

Document technical issues and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

5 - 7 years of experience in infrastructure support and microservices.

Excellent technical knowledge in Integration Platform Operations and Enterprise Service Bus Platform Operations.

Strong experience in troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining infrastructure.

Expertise in performance tuning and optimization.

Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift container platform and Docker containers. Certification in Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS is a plus.

Proficient in Linux administration and support. Linux certification is advantageous.

Experience with monitoring solutions such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana), Splunk, or similar.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
