Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the IT infrastructure operations, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Responsibilities:

Provide Level III support for email and messaging systems.

Support and maintain Azure Active Directory Connect (AADConnect), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), DHCP, and internal DNS services.

Install and configure operating systems (Windows and Linux), software, and document the design, maintenance, and support procedures for routine tasks.

Manage IT infrastructure operations in large-sized organizations, ensuring efficient and secure operations.

Utilize cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, and O365.

Develop and manage Active Directory & Azure AD engineering.

Understand and apply key technological concepts such as IT architecture, Cloud technologies, applications, network infrastructure, and security.

Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in the IT field.

10-13 years of overall IT experience, with 4-5 years in IT infrastructure operations within large-sized organizations in the UAE.

Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, and O365.

Strong background in Active Directory & Azure AD engineering and management.

Solid understanding of IT architecture, Cloud technologies, applications, network infrastructure, and security.

Must be available in UAE with relevant experience (overseas candidates without UAE experience will not be considered).
