Job Description:

The Industrial/Site Nurse will be responsible for providing professional nursing care and medical services at industrial/construction sites, ensuring the health and safety of workers and staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide immediate first aid and emergency care to workers in case of workplace injuries or illnesses

Conduct regular health assessments and screenings for site personnel

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Implement and monitor health and safety protocols

Coordinate with local hospitals and medical facilities for referrals when needed

Conduct health awareness sessions and training programs

Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and company safety policies

Manage the site medical facility and inventory of medical supplies

Participate in safety committee meetings and workplace inspections

Submit regular reports on health statistics and incidents

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing)

Valid DOH/HAAD License

Fresh graduates with DOH License are welcome to apply

Home country experience with DOH License accepted

Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety principles

Excellent communication skills in English

Ability to work in shifts if required

Computer literacy for medical documentation
