Student-Centered Learning Support – As an Inclusion Teacher, you will provide personalized learning support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring that each child receives the attention, guidance, and resources necessary to achieve their academic potential.

Individualized Education Plans – You will develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring specialized support, collaborating with classroom teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure the plans are effectively tailored and executed.

Classroom Collaboration – You will work closely with general classroom teachers to adapt lesson plans, provide accommodations, and create an inclusive learning environment that fosters participation and engagement for all students.

Assessment and Progress Monitoring – This role involves regularly assessing student progress, documenting outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and adjusting support strategies to ensure continuous academic and personal growth.

Parental and Stakeholder Communication – You will maintain open communication with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on student progress, strategies implemented, and upcoming learning goals.

Professional Development – You will actively participate in training, workshops, and team meetings to enhance your expertise in inclusion practices, learning support, and innovative teaching strategies aligned with GIIS standards.
