Role Overview – Consolidated Shipping Group (CSS Group) is expanding our logistics team and seeking experienced logistics professionals for Import Executive  position roles in Jebel Ali. These positions are ideal for air freight operations professionals looking for opportunities where their work matters and they can contribute to our growing organization.

Import Operations Management – You will manage import operations including coordinating air freight import shipments, tracking incoming cargo, coordinating customs clearance, managing delivery to consignees, handling import documentation, coordinating with airlines and agents, resolving import issues, and ensuring efficient import operations from arrival to final delivery.

Air Freight Import Coordination – You will coordinate air freight import operations by monitoring flight arrivals, tracking import cargo at airport, coordinating cargo collection from airlines, managing import consolidations, coordinating with ground handling agents, tracking cargo movements, and ensuring timely processing of import air freight.

Import Customs Clearance – You will manage import customs clearance by preparing customs declarations, submitting import documentation, coordinating with customs brokers, obtaining import permits and approvals, paying duties and taxes, handling customs inspections, resolving customs holds or issues, and ensuring compliant and efficient customs clearance.

Import Documentation Processing – You will process import documentation including Air Waybills (AWB), commercial invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, import permits, delivery orders, and other import paperwork, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with import regulations.

Delivery Coordination – You will coordinate cargo delivery to consignees by arranging transportation, scheduling deliveries, coordinating with transport providers, tracking delivery vehicles, ensuring timely deliveries, obtaining delivery confirmations, handling delivery issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with delivery services.

Customer Communication – You will communicate with importers and consignees regarding shipment arrivals, customs clearance status, delivery schedules, documentation requirements, charges and fees, and any import-related matters, providing responsive service and maintaining positive customer relationships.
