Core Responsibilities: The selected candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems including split units, ducted systems, and central air conditioning. Technicians must ensure systems operate effectively, safely, and meet all quality standards.

Troubleshooting & Repairs: You will perform technical inspections to diagnose malfunctions, replace faulty parts, and ensure proper system functionality. Strong problem-solving skills are essential for identifying and resolving HVAC-related issues efficiently.

Routine Maintenance: Performing scheduled maintenance, cleaning filters, inspecting electrical components, and checking refrigerant levels will be part of your routine tasks. Your preventive maintenance efforts will ensure maximum system performance and longevity.

Technical Knowledge: You should be confident in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings for HVAC installation and servicing. Knowledge of various tools, refrigerants, and safety measures is essential to succeed in this role.

Work Conditions: This job requires physical fitness and the ability to work in varied site conditions including rooftops, mechanical rooms, and outdoor units. Technicians must follow all health and safety protocols at work sites.
