Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues

Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems

Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications

Conduct regular inspections of systems and components

Install and connect power supply wiring and control circuits

Test electrical circuits and components

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Respond to emergency repair calls

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Communicate with clients about system status and required repairs

Order parts and maintain inventory of supplies

Provide technical guidance to junior technicians

Required Qualifications

Diploma/Certificate in HVAC technology or related field

Minimum 3 years experience as an HVAC technician

Valid HVAC certification

Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

Understanding of refrigeration principles

Experience with both residential and commercial HVAC systems

Valid UAE driving license

Technical Skills

Proficiency in HVAC installation and repair

Knowledge of various HVAC brands and systems

Understanding of electrical wiring and controls

Ability to use digital diagnostic tools

Familiarity with building automation systems

Knowledge of refrigerant handling and recovery

Experience with preventive maintenance procedures

Good physical stamina and strength

Ability to work in confined spaces

Working Conditions

Full-time position

Field work required

On-call rotation may be required
