Role Overview: RedEye Real Estate LLC is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals to take on a strategic role in shaping a growing real estate company.
HR Operations: The HR Specialist will manage day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, compliance, and reporting. You will serve as a trusted partner to both management and staff, ensuring HR processes run efficiently.
Strategic HR Development: You will help design and implement HR strategies and frameworks that align with company objectives. From hiring to retention, you’ll play a key role in driving the company's talent management initiatives.
Workplace Culture: Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture is central to this role. You’ll help organize team-building activities, manage employee engagement, and create a supportive work environment that reflects our values.
Employee Relations: You will serve as a resource for resolving workplace issues, handling grievances, and guiding leadership in employee relations. Professionalism and emotional intelligence are critical in this capacity.
Compliance & Best Practices: Stay current on UAE labor laws and HR best practices, ensuring that all procedures meet legal and regulatory requirements. You’ll also coordinate with payroll teams and external partners for smooth operations.
Growth & Development: You’ll support performance management initiatives, contribute to staff development plans, and assist in implementing benefits and reward structures that promote growth and loyalty.
