Job Overview: Action & Save Hypermarket is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Officer to join our team. The HR Officer will play a vital role in supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth communication between employees and management, and maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Administrative & Operational Support: The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including handling employee queries, maintaining accurate records, and providing clerical assistance to ensure efficient HR administration. You will act as a key support to the HR management team in all employee-related matters.
Recruitment & Onboarding: The HR Officer will actively support the recruitment process by identifying candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and assisting in the selection process. You will also manage new hire orientation, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration into the company.
Employee Relations & Communication: A core responsibility is to serve as a liaison between HR and employees, addressing inquiries, clarifying policies, and resolving HR-related issues. By maintaining effective communication, you will foster a positive work environment and ensure employee satisfaction.
Performance & Training Support: The role includes assisting in performance management procedures, maintaining calendars for HR activities, and coordinating training sessions and seminars. You will help ensure that employees have opportunities for growth and development aligned with company goals.
Payroll & Compliance Management: You will provide accurate and timely data for payroll processing, including details on absences, bonuses, and leaves. The HR Officer will also support compliance with UAE labor laws and liaise with benefits vendors and administrators.
