Human Resources Officer

Job Description

Job Overview: AMSA Healthcare is currently seeking a seasoned Human Resources Officer to lead and manage HR operations in our Dubai office. With over 8 years of experience, you’ll contribute to shaping a strong and engaged workforce while supporting the company’s growth across the healthcare sector.

Strategic HR Leadership: In this role, you will be responsible for aligning HR practices with business objectives. You will provide strategic guidance and HR support to senior leadership and various departments.

Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with UAE labor laws and internal organizational standards. You’ll also take charge of policy development, employee handbook updates, and compliance tracking.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding of new hires—ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Employee Relations & Support: Act as a point of contact for all HR-related concerns. You’ll work to resolve workplace issues, foster a healthy working culture, and support employee development programs.

Performance & Training: Lead the implementation of performance evaluation systems, training programs, and career development initiatives. You’ll work closely with department heads to address skill gaps and succession planning.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain and update HR systems, personnel files, and organizational charts. You will generate regular HR analytics reports for executive decision-making.
