About the Role:
United Gulf is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our team in Sharjah. This is a critical role for a skilled HR professional who excels in payroll management, employee relations, and compliance with UAE labor laws. As the Human Resources Officer, you will oversee a wide range of HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. Your ability to manage HRMS operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support employee well-being will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee attendance, leave requests, and payroll processing while ensuring compliance with MOHRE WPS regulations.
Demonstrate expertise in payroll management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Address employee relations issues, develop HR policies, and plan engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Supervise HRMS operations and ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies.
Manage health insurance processes and coordinate renewals for employees.
Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, lease agreements, and other statutory documents.
Collaborate with the HSE Officer on accommodation, workplace safety, and certification compliance.
Prepare and deliver regular HR and administrative reports to senior management.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including government authorities and insurance providers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of UAE experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Generalist, or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of payroll management, ERP systems, and health insurance processes.
Proficient in Hindi, Urdu, and English; ability to speak Tagalog is a plus.
In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws and MOHRE regulations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Must be currently residing in the UAE.
