Position Overview: Whizz HR is excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Human Resources Manager to join an award-winning brand based in Dubai. This role demands a dynamic professional who is passionate about HR leadership and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process efficiently.

Talent Management: Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Policy Development: Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues promptly and professionally.

Performance Management: Support performance management processes to ensure the organization consistently achieves its goals.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive role. Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
