Leadership in HR Strategy

As the Human Resources Manager, you will develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support business objectives. Your expertise will shape talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development programs to maintain the company’s industry-leading reputation.

Talent Management & Development

You will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent. Your role includes designing career progression frameworks, conducting training needs assessments, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Employee Relations & Culture

Creating a positive workplace environment will be central to your responsibilities. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff, resolving conflicts, implementing engagement initiatives, and reinforcing the company’s core values across all levels of the organization.

Performance & Compensation

The position requires you to lead performance management systems, ensuring fair and motivating evaluation processes. You will analyze market trends to develop competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain high-performing professionals.

Compliance & HR Operations

Your role includes ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. You will streamline HR operations, from onboarding to offboarding, while maintaining meticulous records and implementing efficient HRIS solutions.
