Consortium of Industrial IoT and M2M

Human Resources Intern – Remote

Job Description

The Consortium of Industrial IoT and M2M is hiring for a Human Resources Intern to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This internship combines traditional HR responsibilities with strategic recruitment and talent management initiatives, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands on experience in global hiring, candidate engagement, and HR operations within an international organisation working at the forefront of industrial IoT and machine to machine technologies.

In this role, you will identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and university portals, helping to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline. You will assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with HR managers, while maintaining professional and positive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. You will support onboarding activities to help new interns integrate smoothly into the organisation, and contribute to HR operations by maintaining recruitment trackers, updating databases, and preparing hiring reports.

The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal English communication skills and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A genuine interest in HR and recruitment is essential, along with being self motivated, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment. Candidates should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

This internship offers real world HR experience within a global organisation operating in the industrial IoT and M2M space, along with valuable skill development in recruitment and professional communication. Interns will receive three certificates upon successful completion, and the role offers flexible remote working arrangements throughout its three to six month duration.
