Job Description

Human Resources Operations: This role focuses on managing day-to-day human resources operations while ensuring smooth execution of internal HR processes. The selected candidate will oversee employee records, HR documentation, and coordination between departments to maintain operational efficiency and professional workplace standards aligned with company objectives.

Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning: The position involves end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and final onboarding. The role requires proactive workforce planning to attract skilled professionals while supporting business growth through strategic hiring practices.

Employee Relations and Engagement: The HR professional will actively support employee engagement initiatives, handle employee concerns, and foster a positive work environment. Responsibilities include managing communication channels, conflict resolution, and promoting a culture of transparency, collaboration, and professional development.

Performance and Policy Management: This role requires implementation and monitoring of performance management systems, employee evaluations, and internal policies. The candidate will ensure policies are consistently applied, updated when necessary, and aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements.

Payroll and Compliance Oversight: The position supports payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. Accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to legal frameworks are essential aspects of this responsibility.

Organizational Development Support: The role contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, HR reporting, and process optimization. The candidate will assist leadership by providing HR insights, supporting audits, and ensuring best practices are maintained across the organization.
