About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team, specializing in client communications, HR audit, and operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who excels in compliance management and process optimization while maintaining strong relationships with clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities

Client and Employee Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees

Handle employee queries and concerns professionally

Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders

Audit and Compliance

Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with UAE labor laws

Review and audit HR processes, policies, and procedures

Identify compliance gaps and recommend solutions

Maintain updated knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations

Ensure all HR practices align with legal requirements

Performance Evaluation

Support the performance management process

Monitor and track employee performance metrics

Assist in developing performance evaluation criteria

Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement

Process Improvement and Policy Implementation

Identify opportunities for process optimization

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Lead continuous improvement initiatives

Streamline HR operations for greater efficiency

Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

Generate regular reports on HR metrics and KPIs

Ensure proper documentation of all HR processes

Prepare analysis reports for management review

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, audit, or compliance roles

Demonstrated experience in process improvement and quality assurance

Strong background in UAE labor laws and regulations

Skills & Competencies

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Proven track record in process improvement

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in HRIS systems

Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills

Technical Knowledge

In-depth understanding of UAE Labor Laws

Experience with HRIS platforms

Strong data analysis capabilities

Proficient in HR documentation and reporting
