Job Description

Role Overview – Emaar Properties is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for experienced HR professionals with strong business partnering capabilities, strategic HR expertise, and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and support talent management within one of the UAE's leading real estate and development companies.

Strategic HR Business Partnering – You will serve as a strategic HR business partner by aligning HR strategies with business goals, understanding business unit objectives, providing strategic HR guidance to senior leaders, anticipating workforce needs, and ensuring HR initiatives support organizational performance and growth across Emaar's real estate operations.

Talent Management and Succession Planning – You will lead talent management and succession planning by identifying high-potential employees, developing talent pipelines, creating succession plans for critical roles, implementing leadership development programs, and ensuring the organization has the right talent to meet current and future business needs.

Workforce Planning and Organizational Design – You will support workforce planning and organizational design by analyzing headcount requirements, planning organizational structures, supporting business restructuring initiatives, optimizing team compositions, and ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Performance Management and Employee Development – You will drive performance management and employee development by implementing performance review processes, coaching managers on performance conversations, identifying development needs, facilitating career progression, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Employee Relations and Engagement – You will manage employee relations and drive engagement by addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace conflicts, conducting investigations when necessary, implementing engagement initiatives, measuring employee satisfaction, and fostering positive workplace culture across business units.

Change Management and Organizational Transformation – You will lead change management initiatives by supporting organizational transformations, communicating changes effectively, managing employee transitions, addressing resistance, and ensuring smooth implementation of business changes and HR programs.

Compensation and Benefits Strategy – You will support compensation and benefits strategy by providing input on salary structures, conducting market benchmarking, recommending competitive packages, managing salary reviews, and ensuring compensation strategies attract and retain top talent while maintaining internal equity.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Support – You will support recruitment and talent acquisition by partnering with hiring managers on critical hires, defining role requirements, participating in candidate selection, ensuring quality hiring decisions, and coordinating with recruitment teams to meet business unit staffing needs.

HR Policy Development and Implementation – You will develop and implement HR policies by creating business unit-specific HR guidelines, ensuring policy consistency, communicating policies effectively, training managers on HR procedures, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and UAE labor law.

Leadership Advisory and Coaching – You will provide leadership advisory and coaching by supporting business leaders on people management matters, coaching managers on HR best practices, facilitating difficult conversations, providing guidance on employee issues, and building leadership capabilities across the organization.

HR Analytics and Workforce Insights – You will leverage HR analytics and workforce insights by analyzing HR metrics (turnover, engagement, performance ratings, diversity), identifying trends, providing data-driven recommendations, preparing HR dashboards, and supporting evidence-based decision-making.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) – You will champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by promoting inclusive practices, supporting diverse hiring, addressing bias, creating inclusive policies, and fostering a workplace where all employees feel valued and can contribute to their fullest potential.

Learning and Development Coordination – You will coordinate learning and development by assessing training needs, recommending development programs, facilitating leadership training, supporting technical skills development, and ensuring employees have access to learning opportunities that support career growth.

Compliance and Risk Management – You will ensure HR compliance and risk management by maintaining adherence to UAE labor law, implementing risk mitigation strategies, managing employment documentation, supporting labor audits, and ensuring HR practices minimize legal and operational risks.

Stakeholder Management and Collaboration – You will manage stakeholder relationships by partnering with business leaders, HR centers of excellence (COEs), finance, operations, and other functions, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring integrated HR solutions that support business success.
