Duties & Responsibilities:

As a Human Resources Assistant at HRsource, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department. Your responsibilities will include:

Administrative Support:

Organizing and scheduling meetings, interviews, and other HR-related events.

Managing calendars and coordinating appointments for HR managers.

Preparing and maintaining HR documentation, such as employee records and reports.

Onboarding/Offboarding:

Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.

Managing the offboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and exit interviews are conducted.

Communication Liaison:

Serving as a point of contact between HR managers, employees, retail teams, and communication channels.

Responding to queries and requests from employees and managers in a timely manner.

Ensuring effective communication and resolution of HR-related issues.

Policy and Procedure Development:

Assisting HR managers in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Collaborating on the creation and updating of employee handbooks and other HR documentation.

Ensuring all HR activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

General HR Support:

Supporting HR managers with various HR projects and initiatives.

Maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of employee information.

Assisting with the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in an HR support role or a similar administrative position.

Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry is a plus.

Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.

Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
