Duties & Responsibilities:

Dynatrade Automotive Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Officer/Executive to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will assist in overall HR operations, ensuring smooth recruitment processes, efficient onboarding activities, and providing support to employees on HR-related matters. This role requires a deep understanding of UAE Labour Laws, general HR policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Assist in overall HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding activities, and other HR-related tasks.

Provide support to employees in various HR matters such as leaves, compensation, benefits, etc., and assist in resolving issues and problems.

Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.

Manage and maintain employee records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Conduct and coordinate employee training and development programs.

Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.

Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.

Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policy.

Coordinate and manage employee engagement initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

Preferred Candidate:

Any graduate with a proven experience in HR within the UAE.

Good understanding of UAE labour laws.

Understanding of general HR policies and procedures.

Hands-on knowledge of MS Office tools (must).

Additional HR training or qualifications will be a plus.

UAE driving license is mandatory.
