About the Role

We are seeking experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Officers for immediate placement in our infrastructure projects division.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across infrastructure projects

Oversee safety compliance in water pipeline, chamber, and sewerage operations

Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments

Provide HSE training to workforce and maintain training records

Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports

Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and standards

Coordinate with project teams to maintain safety standards during operations

Required Qualifications

NEBOSH IGC certification

IOSH Managing Safety certification

Proven experience in infrastructure projects, specifically in water pipelines and sewerage

Demonstrated experience in UAE construction/infrastructure sector

Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and standards

Fluency in English; Arabic is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

NDM/NDRC certification

Additional safety-related certifications

Previous experience in similar infrastructure projects in UAE
