Job Description: HSE Officer

Location: Qatar

We are currently seeking experienced and qualified HSE Officers to join our team in Qatar. If you have a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management, along with the necessary certifications and language skills, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and international standards.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on safety procedures and practices.

Investigate incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Liaise with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Monitor workplace conditions and equipment to ensure they meet safety standards.

Promote a culture of safety awareness and encourage employee participation in safety initiatives.

Prepare and maintain documentation related to HSE activities, including incident reports, risk assessments, and safety records.

Requirements:

Valid Qatar ID (QID) is mandatory.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management.

Fluency in English and Tamil languages.

NEBOSH and IGC certificates are required.

Ability to join immediately is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
