Compliance & Certifications: You will be responsible for ensuring complete compliance with UAE HSE laws, client safety requirements, and industry best practices. Holding NEBOSH and OSHA certifications is mandatory, as they demonstrate your technical competence and commitment to safety.

Team Training & Development: Part of your role will involve delivering safety inductions, toolbox talks, and advanced HSE training sessions to site staff. Your leadership will foster a safety-first culture throughout all project teams.

Incident Prevention & Reporting: You will implement proactive risk assessment strategies, conduct thorough site inspections, and oversee accident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are in place to prevent reoccurrence.
