Duties & Responsibilities

As an HSE Engineer at IDCMPS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Health, Safety, and Environmental standards are adhered to in the Oil & Gas industry. Your responsibilities will include:

Project Review: Reviewing Concept, FEED (Front End Engineering Design), and Detail Engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with HSE standards.

Construction Management: Executing site construction activities, managing PMC (Project Management Consultant), vendors, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) contractors.

Coordination: Coordinating with operational team members to implement HSE protocols effectively.

Workshops & Training: Conducting HSE workshops and training sessions to enhance safety awareness among project teams.

Industry Expertise: Applying extensive knowledge of HSE practices specific to the Oil & Gas sector.

Environmental Safety: Ensuring environmental safety measures are integrated into project planning and execution.

ADNOC Standards: Applying knowledge and experience in compliance with ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) standards and specifications.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in HSE roles within the Oil & Gas industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Certifications: NEBOSH and OHSAS certifications are required.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in HSE management systems and practices.

Project Management: Experience in managing HSE aspects during construction phases.

Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify risks and implement solutions proactively.
