Job Description

HR Documentation & Records ✦ The HR & Training Assistant will maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, employee records, and databases, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies while supporting the HR team in all administrative functions.

Recruitment Support ✦ This role involves assisting with candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires while supporting the recruitment process.

Training Coordination ✦ The candidate will assist in organizing and coordinating employee training sessions, workshops, and development programs, tracking attendance, preparing materials, and providing administrative support to trainers and participants.

HR Reporting ✦ The position includes preparing HR reports related to employee attendance, leave, performance, and training, providing actionable insights to management, and ensuring accurate documentation for audits and review.

Employee Relations & Support ✦ The HR & Training Assistant will act as a point of contact for HR-related employee queries, assisting with basic concerns, providing information on policies, and ensuring employees feel supported in a fast-paced environment.

Process Improvement ✦ The candidate will support the HR team in identifying gaps in processes, suggesting improvements, and implementing small-scale initiatives to streamline administrative and training operations within the organization.
