Job Description

HR and Training Support Overview : The HR and Training Assistant role is designed to support the human resources and learning functions within a fast-paced business environment. This position plays an essential role in ensuring smooth HR operations, accurate record keeping, and effective coordination of training activities while supporting employee engagement and organizational growth.

HR Documentation and Records Management : The role involves maintaining employee files, updating HR documentation, and ensuring records are accurate and compliant with internal policies. You will support the HR team by organizing contracts, onboarding documents, attendance records, and other essential employee data with a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.

Onboarding and Employee Support : As part of the onboarding process, you will assist new employees by coordinating documentation, orientation schedules, and initial training requirements. The role requires clear communication and a supportive approach to help new joiners integrate smoothly into the organization.

Training Coordination Responsibilities : The HR and Training Assistant will help coordinate internal and external training sessions by managing schedules, tracking attendance, and preparing training-related materials. You will support the evaluation of training effectiveness and assist in maintaining training records for ongoing development initiatives.

HR Reporting and Administrative Assistance : You will assist in preparing basic HR reports related to employee data, training activities, and administrative metrics. This role requires accuracy, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while supporting the HR team with daily operational requirements.

Work Environment and Collaboration : The position operates within a dynamic and fast-moving work environment, requiring flexibility and strong organizational skills. You will work closely with HR colleagues, department heads, and employees to ensure HR and training processes are delivered efficiently and professionally.
