HR & Training Assistant

Job Description

HR Administrative Support – The HR & Training Assistant will support daily human resources and administrative operations, ensuring accurate documentation, record maintenance, and smooth coordination across HR functions in a fast-paced work environment.

Employee Documentation and Records – The role involves maintaining employee files, contracts, onboarding documents, and HR records while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and UAE labor practices.

Onboarding and Orientation Coordination – Assisting with employee onboarding processes, preparing joining formalities, coordinating inductions, and supporting new hires during their initial employment phase are key responsibilities of this role.

Training Coordination Support – The HR & Training Assistant will help coordinate internal and external training sessions, manage training schedules, track attendance, and maintain training records to support employee development initiatives.

HR Reporting and Data Management – Preparing HR reports, updating databases, and assisting with data analysis related to staff attendance, training activities, and HR metrics form an essential part of the role.

Communication and Organizational Support – The position requires effective communication with employees, managers, and external partners, along with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet operational deadlines efficiently.
