HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

Talent Acquisition Leadership: As an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing offers. Your role is crucial in ensuring that Nucassa attracts and hires the best talent who align with our company culture and long-term vision.

Employer Branding & Outreach: A key part of your responsibilities will be building and maintaining a strong employer brand. This includes managing recruitment campaigns, creating engaging job postings, and promoting Nucassa as an employer of choice in the real estate sector. You will work to ensure that our brand reflects our values and professionalism.

Onboarding & Integration: You will play an important role in making sure new hires feel welcomed and supported from day one. This includes managing onboarding programs, ensuring smooth orientation processes, and assisting employees in adapting to their new roles. Creating a positive and engaging employee experience will be a core part of your role.

Policy Development & Compliance: In addition to recruitment, you will support the implementation and improvement of HR policies. You will ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company regulations, while also suggesting enhancements to policies that improve employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Employee Engagement & Retention: This role requires you to actively support employee engagement initiatives. You will work closely with management to develop programs, team-building activities, and feedback mechanisms that strengthen employee loyalty, productivity, and long-term retention.

Advisory & People Support: As a go-to person for HR matters, you will provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies, conflict resolution, and career development opportunities. Your people-centric mindset and proactive approach will help maintain a collaborative and supportive work environment.
