Role Overview: As an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a central role in supporting Aramex’s human capital strategy by attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent. This role is designed for UAE Nationals who have strong HR expertise, particularly in managing recruitment processes, talent pipelines, and organizational development initiatives. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between talent and business needs while maintaining a people-first approach.
Core Responsibilities: In this position, you will oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to interviewing and onboarding. You will also work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs, ensure smooth onboarding processes, and contribute to employee engagement programs. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills will be essential in handling the volume and diversity of talent requirements across business units.
Talent Strategy and Development: Beyond recruitment, you will contribute to building long-term talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives. Your role will include conducting market research on talent trends, engaging with universities and career fairs, and collaborating on initiatives that promote the company as an employer of choice. You will also support succession planning and workforce development programs.
Employee Experience and HR Operations: In addition to talent acquisition, you will support various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. By fostering a culture of inclusivity and growth, you will contribute to the overall employee experience and ensure alignment with company values. This dual focus on recruitment and HR support makes the role both strategic and operational.
Collaboration with Leadership: A key aspect of this position is close collaboration with leadership teams to align hiring strategies with business objectives. You will provide insights into labor market conditions, advise on competitive compensation packages, and ensure the company maintains compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
